Within the last decade ,the field of microwave photonics has attracted growinginterest worldwide, as a basic device in the microwave photonic devices,photon-microwave trans-former plays an important role.in this paper , the design consideration of a new type of multi-quan-tum-well ultra-wide band microwave photonic device photon-microwave transformer is introducedand discussed.
