女性强直性脊柱炎临床和实验室结果分析

A Clinical and Laboratory Analysis of Ankylosing Spondylitis in Women

本文对14例女性患者和23例男性患者进行临床和实验室检查结果对照分析。结果表明在女性AS患者外周关节较多受累,男女分别占69％和100％,有统计学差异。女性患者57.1％以膝关节首先发病,50％有中轻度贫血,但髋关节受累者较少,预后优于男性。从临床和实验室指标对照观察来看,女性患者病情严重性不亚于男性患者。

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) has been know as a disease predominant in men. In this paper, 14 female and 23 male patients with AS are compared in clinical and laboratory characteristics. Our result shows that peripheral joint disease occurred in 14 women (100%) and 16 men(69%) (P<0.01), the knees were first involved in 57.1% of the women, anemia was detected in 7 women (50%) and 2 men (8.7%)(P<0.01).The hip joints were less affected in women. The disease serve rity in Women was not less than men.
