国产盐酸曲马多胶囊对癌症疼痛的镇痛效果

The Clinical Observation on the Pain-Relief Effects of Tramadol in Cancer Pain

通过多中心前瞻性协作研究,观察了国产盐酸曲马多胶囊在143例癌症疼痛患者中的镇痛效果。并分别与进口曲马多及强痛定作了自身对比研究。结果表明:国产曲马多胶囊的镇痛有效率为90.1%,副作用轻微,疗效与进口曲马多胶囊相同,优于強痛定片剂(P<0.05)。

In a prospective multi-centre study, the painrelief effects of Tramadol were observed in 143 pts. with cancer pain. At the same time, These pts. with pain were also treaed with Tramal,AP-237 (a commom non-narcotic analgesic in China) as central. The results showed that Trarondol was effecive in 90.1% of pts. with cancer pain while that of AP-237, Tramal was 84.1% and 89.2% respectively. Statistic analysis revealed that the pain-relief effects of Tramadol were superior to AP-237 (P<0.05 & P<0.01),but no significance to Tramal. The adverse effects of Tramadol were mild and tolerable in the most of patients.
