肺大疱的外科治疗(附30例分析)

Surgical Heatment for Pulmonary Bullae an Analyeie of 30 Cases

本文报告我院自1984年1月至1991年10月肺大疱30例手术治疗的经验。3例查体发现肺大疱,26例并发自发性气胸,1例自发性血气胸。30例外科治疗中,单纯肺大疱切除18例,1例一期切除双侧肺大疱;肺楔形切除10例;肺叶切除2例。本文对肺大疱的病因及发病机理、手术适应证及手术方式等进行了讨论。

From January 1984 to October 1991, 30 cases of lung bullae were surgically treated. Of the 30 cases 26 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax, 1 cases with spontaneous hemopneumothoravand 3 cases of lung bullae were diagnosed through physical examination. Among them 18 cases waere received bullae resection including 1 cases of bilateral resection in one stage 10 cases received, wedge resection and lobectomy in 2 cases. The etiological mechanism, indications and methods of surgical treatmet are discussed.
