氰酸酯/羟基反应机理研究

摘要 以等摩尔比的双酚A型氰酸酯/双酚A为对象,采用热分析和原位红外的方法研究了氰酸酯/羟基反应机理。结果表明在反应初期(<100℃),羟基起到了氰酸酯三嗪环化反应的催化剂作用,在反应中期(100~190℃),羟基是反应物,与氰酸酯基生成亚胺基碳酸酯,在反应后期(>200℃),亚胺基碳酸酯发生热分解反应生成三嗪环。
