摘要
本文对某化学品装卸区域的维修方案进行了详细介绍。因为此装卸区域环境恶劣,混凝土地坪承受严重的机械损伤和化学腐蚀,而且工作繁忙,对于维修效率要求很高。此前进行的维修在修复之后不久即遭到破坏。所以此次选择高性能的聚合物改性砂浆材料进行修复,此产品的特点是固化快,能与原结构良好结合,并且具有非常优越的机械性能与耐化学品腐蚀的性能。之后对于修复的效果进行跟踪观察。
The repair solution of a concrete floor for chemical loading area is introduced. Concrete floor is in bad conditions because of mechanical damage and chemical corrosion. As the work is very busy, repairing work need to be efficient. The repairing work done before failed after a short while. A high performance polymer modified mortar was used this time. This material cures fast can provide good adhesion to original material. It can also provide good mechanical performance and chemical resistance. The performance was inspected a few days later after application.
