摘要
几年来,伴随着我国进口LNG项目的快速发展,批量建造LNG运输船对推动我国低温造船工业和远洋运输行业的发展,保障国家天然气和能源供应的安全性和可靠性具有重要战略意义。而气体试验(气试)是LNG运输船调试投运的重要环节。本文简要介绍分析了LNG船气试技术要求以及国内已实施案例的情况,阐述了海南LNG接收站在气试关键技术问题方面的研究,最终通过优化工艺方案具备了在接收站正常生产的情况下同步配合LNG运输船开展气体试验的条件。
Recent years, with the rapid development of LNG project in China, Batchbuild LNG carrier to promote our country shipbuilding industry at low temperature and the development of ocean shipping industry, safeguard national gas and energy supply se-curity and reliability has important strategic significance. And the gas trial test is an important part of the LNG carrier commission. Briefly introduced and analyzed LNG carrier gas trial testing technical re-quirements as well as related implementation cases inland, illustrated the research of key technical problems in Hainan LNG Terminal. By optimizing the process, synchronize LNG carrier gas trial test under receiving terminal normal production case.
