摘要
针对大红山某铁矿进行了磁选-重选精选、磁选-反浮选等的工艺流程试验,这两个流程均可以有效降低铁精矿中的SiO2含量,并回收铁矿物,最终可以得到铁品位65.26%、铁回收率89.94%,SiO2品位4.43%的铁精矿。
The flow sheets of magnetic separation-gravity separation and magnetic separation-reverse flotation are tested to the iron-ore of Dahongshan, they can effectively reduce silicon in the iron concentrate meanwhile they can retrieve the iron ore too. Final?ly the iron concentrate that the iron grade is 65.26%and iron recov?ery rate is 89.94%and the silicon grade is 4.43%can be got.
