Al/Zn共掺杂纳米Ni(OH)_2及其电化学性能

摘要 本文以硫酸镍、硝酸铝、硝酸锌为原料,采用化学共沉淀法合成了Al/Zn共掺杂纳米Ni(OH)2的系列样品。用XRD研究了样品的晶体结构,用TG-DSC联用热分析仪测定了样品的热稳定性,用循环伏安法(CV)研究了样品的电化学性能。结果表明:合成的Al/Zn共掺杂纳米Ni(OH)2样品均为α-Ni(OH)2,热分解温度约为350℃,Al3+摩尔分数为10%、Zn2+摩尔分数为15%的样品的平均质子扩散系数(DH)为9.70×10-11cm2·s-1,具有最佳的质子传导性能。 Aluminum and zinc co-doped nano-nickel hydroxide was synthesized by chemical co-precipitating method using nickel sulfate, aluminum nitrate and zinc nitrate as raw materials. The crystal structure, thermal stability and electrochemical properties of typical samples were tested by XRD, TG-DSC and cyclic voltammetry(CV). The results show that aluminum and zinc co-doped nano-nickel hydroxide is α-Ni(OH)2crystals and its decomposition temperature is about 350℃.The average proton diffusion coefficient(DH) of samples doped with 15mol% Zn2 +is 9.70×10- 11cm2· s- 1,which is highest among all the samples.
