摘要
牛口峪罐区原油储罐接收来自不同区域的原油,由于密度差异造成分层和混合不均匀的现象,直接影响了在储罐对不同原油采样分析数据的可靠性和储罐原油计量的准确性;另外还会造成调油比例和酸值不准和原油硫混合不均问题,对下游装置的平稳运行造成很大的影响。结合罐区出现的现象,深入分析产生的原因,试验并完成了储罐原油循环搅拌系统,在此基础上又结合实际生产情况,进一步优化牛口峪罐区原油循环工艺,减少原油损失,收到较好的效果。该技术的成功应用对于存在类似问题的罐区是一个较好的借鉴。
Niukouyu Oil Storage Tank Area receiGed crude oil comes from different oilfields. The density of the oil has large differ-ences. It bring adGerse effects to downstream oil refining deGice due to oil ratio, acid Galue misalignment and sulphur content in oil mix nonuniform. It also bring adGerse effects to sampling, measure and calculation of crude oil. Based on the situation aboGe, the rotary jet mix system was deGeloped, test and applied in the Niukouyu oil storage tank area. It has great result and good experiences to similar problems.
