摘要
在天然气集输系统设置水套炉是为了防止调压时节流效应形成水合物堵塞管道。在输气站的生产现场,水套炉的出口温度设置往往高于实际需要,因而增加了水套炉的自耗气量和温室气体排放。通过优化水套炉参数设置来减小天然气消耗量,从而达到提高经济效益和节能减排的目的。
Setting fluid-jacket heater is in order to prevent the hydrate that forms in the throttle choking the pipeline when pres-sure drop of natural gas appears.At the gas station, outlet temperature setting of fluid-jacket heater is often much higher than the actual need, thus increasing gas consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. By optimizing fluid-jacket heater’s parameter to reduce the con-sumption of natural gas, so as to enhance economic efficiency and energy conservation purposes.
