摘要
空气预热器是电站锅炉中必不可少的一个部件,对于提高锅炉效率、保证燃烧方面起着重要的作用。管式空气预热器是最常用的一种空气预热器型式。在大型锅炉设备中,管式预热器可重达数千吨。以配800MW机组的燃煤锅炉设备为例,管式空气预热器的重量约为2500t。因此,在管式空气预热器中采用强化传热技术具有重要的实际意义。
Air preheater is an essential component in the power plant boiler, for improving boiler efficiency, combustion assurance plays an important role. Tubular air preheater is the most common type of an air preheater. In large boiler equipment, tubular preheater can weigh thousands of tons. In units with 800 MW coal- fired boiler equipment, for example, tubular air preheater weight of about 2500 t. Therefore, in the tubular air preheater it has important practical significance using enhanced heat transfer technology.
