空气预热器是电站锅炉中必不可少的一个部件,对于提高锅炉效率、保证燃烧方面起着重要的作用。管式空气预热器是最常用的一种空气预热器型式。在大型锅炉设备中,管式预热器可重达数千吨。以配800MW机组的燃煤锅炉设备为例,管式空气预热器的重量约为2500t。因此,在管式空气预热器中采用强化传热技术具有重要的实际意义。

Tubular air preheater is the most common type of an air preheater. In large boiler equipment, tubular preheater can weigh thousands of tons. In units with 800 MW coal- fired boiler equipment, for example, tubular air preheater weight of about 2500 t. Therefore, in the tubular air preheater it has important practical significance using enhanced heat transfer technology.
