多棱双台肩螺纹钻铤的研制

本文主要介绍一种石油钻井工具,是一种多棱双台肩螺纹钻铤。该装置包括母接头大钳空间、钻铤管体、公接头大钳空间,从上至下顺次连接,两端加工高强度的双台肩密封的钻杆螺纹。钻铤管体设置有由两段不同直径加工而成的多个切面和多条棱。多棱双台肩螺纹钻铤刚性和横截面流量不低于现有尺寸圆柱形钻铤的水平,并且增大了环空过流面积,减小了钻铤与井壁上泥饼的接触面积,还可以起到刮削泥饼的作用,也不容易形成压差,有效地防止了粘卡事故的发生。操作简单、使用方便,不必使用安全卡瓦,不仅减轻钻工劳动强度、提高钻井时效,工作效率高,安全,使用寿命长。

This paper mainly describes a kind of drilling tools which is a multi-blade double shoulder drill collar. It is top-down connection by box thread tong space, drill collar tube and pin thread tong space and processed high strength double shoulder sealed pipe threads on both ends. There are multi sections and multi blades processed by two different diameters on the drill collar tube. The rigidity and cross-sectional flow rate of the multiblade double shoulder drill collar is no less favorable than that of the cylindrical drill collar of existing sizes. It can not only increase the annulus fluid area and reduce the connecting area between the drill collar and mud cake on the borehole wall, but also scrape the mud cake and be not easy to form different pressure, so it can effectively prevent the sticking accidents. It has the advantages of easy operation and use, avoiding to use safety slips, lightening work strength, high drilling efficiency, safety and long service life.
