摘要
本文以印度比莱BSP项目设备监造为例,介绍了印度冶金项目设备监造的难点,即:项目组织结构复杂、严格的审核制度、独特的质量控制体系;结合我国工程公司的特点提出了对策,即:建立合理的设备监造组织机构,建立与完善QAP质量控制流程,构建设备监造信息化管理体系(IMS)。
The made in India Bhilai BSP project equipment supervision as an example, introduces the Indian metallurgical equipment project supervision difficulty, namely:project organiza-tion structure is complex and strict examination system, a unique quality control system; combined with the characteristics of engi-neering company in China and puts forward some countermea-sures, namely:to establish the equipment supervision organization, establish and perfect the QAP quality control process, construction equipment supervision information management system (IMS), strengthen equipment quality contro.
