大学生职业发展和创业就业中的思想引导研究

大学生是我国人力资源的重要组成部分,是最有活力和创造力的群体,是祖国的未来和希望,大学生的创业就业情况直接关系到祖国未来的发展,关系到中国梦的实现。本文通过对大学生职业发展和创业就业认识现状及思想特征的分析,针对性的提出对大学生职业发展和创业就业进行思想引导的具体有效方法,帮助大学生更好的择业、创业,真正做到"人尽其才"。

College students, a significant part of human resources in China, are not only the most dynamic and creative group, but also the future and hope of China. Their employment and entrepreneurship are directly related to the future development of China and the achievement of China Dream. By analyzing their occupation development, present situation of employment and entrepreneurship and their ideological features, this paper proposes several effective approaches to the ideological guidance of their career development, employment and entrepreneurship, hoping to help them achieve a better employment and entrepreneurship so that they can fully display their talents.
