摘要
学术权力和行政权力是高职院校两大权力系统,鉴于当前强势的行政权力挤压学术权力,如何将学术权力制度化,让高职院校由"官本位"回归学术本位,是大学本质所在。实现高职院校学术权力制度化,可从制度创新、培植学术力量、建立监督机制等方面入手。
Academic power and administrative power are the two power systems in higher vocational colleges.In view of the current strong administrative power squeeze the academic power,how to institutionalize the academic power, let higher vocational colleges return to the academic standard by 'official standard', it is the essence of the university. To realize the institutionalization of academic power in higher vocational colleges, it can start from the aspects of system innovation, cultivating academic strength and establishing supervision mechanism.
