摘要
本文对铬天青S分光光度法测定铁矿石中铝含量的不确定度来源进行了识别,通过对各不确定度分量进行量化,最终合成测量结果的标准不确定度,并确定工作曲线拟合引入的不确定度分量为测量结果的主要不确定度分量。
The determination of aluminum content in iron ore on the Chrom azurol S spectrophotometric method for the identification of sources of uncertainty, the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed and the final measurement results of synthesis standard uncertainty, and to determine the curve fitting of the uncertainty of measurement results of the main components of uncertainty component.
