摘要
针对石油建设工程合同形式,提出了固定总价合同研究的意义,分析了固定总价合同的特点及适用性,指出了固定总价合同中的几种风险,针对风险给出防范措施。
In the form of contract for petrochemical construction projects,presented the significance of fixed price contract study analyzes the characteristics and applicability of fixed price contracts,pointed out several risks in fixed total price contract,propose preventive measures against risks.
