文章分析了社会经济发展对长输管道工程建设的影响,对工程建设项目前期阶段、实施阶段及验收阶段需办理的行政许可手续进行了综述,同时对办理过程中应重点注意的问题进行了研究总结,以期为长输管道工程建设及管理人员提供参考。

This paper analyzed the influence of economic development on the construction of long-distance natural gas pipeline. And this paper summarized the administrative licensing procedures needed in the early stage, implementation stage and acceptance stage of the project construction. Then this paper indicated the key issues during the process, which can provide reference for the engineers in the area of long-distance pipeline construction.
