摘要
本文介绍了通过气相色谱法测定苯乙烯装置中间产品中DNBP含量,利用HP-1毛细管色谱柱,采用保留时间定性,峰面积外标法定量,得到的结果重复性好、准确度高,与传统滴定法相比,该方法快速、方便,节省人力,对环境和人体危害小,能够有效避免人为因素干扰,同时获得准确的测定结果。
this paper introduces the through gas chromatography determination of styrene device DNBP content in the intermediate product,using HP-1 capillary chromatographic column,the retention time qualitative,peak area external standard method,quantitative results are reproducible,high accuracy,compared with the traditional titration,this method is rapid,convenient,save manpower,less harmful to the environment and the human body,can effectively avoid man-made interference,at the same time obtain accurate measurement results.
