摘要 补差管理是石油动态计量的一项重要工作,为了获得流量计所计量的准确结果,首先应保证计量油量的基础数据(如流量计指示体积、计量温度、计量压力、密度以及含水量)是按照国家标准GB/T 9109.5-2017获得;其次流量计应按照国家颁布的检定规程或校准方法进行检定或校准。流量计检定完成后,需要对检定区间的动态计量总量进行补差。鉴于补差计算方法比较复杂,计算结果又是贸易结算的重要依据之一,通过对补差管理方法的分析,结合工程现场实际计量结算业务和算例,说明了补差管理的实现方法、计算过程和计算结果,对实际业务中的补差管理具有普遍的指导意义。 Compensation management is an important piece of work in petroleum dynamic measurement.In order to obtain accurate results from flow meter,first of all,we need to ensure the basic data of oil quantities measurement to be obtained in accordance with national standard GB/T 9109.5-2017(for example:cumulative value of flow meter,temperature of measurement,pressure of measurement,density and water content).Secondly,flow meter should be verified and calibrated in compliance with the verification regulations issued by the government.Upon the completion and verification of the flow meter,the compensation of the total dynamic measurement in the period of verification is required.As the calculation of Compensation is rather complex and its result is one of the most important references of Trade Settlement,it explains the methods,computational process and results of Compensation Management based on its analysis in this area with examples from the measurement and settlement services in the engineering field,and provides universal guiding significance for compensation management in practice.
