摘要
分析了常压储罐的腐蚀特点、机理及几种安全检测方法的优缺点。通过声发射、漏磁及磁粉检测的组合应用,可为安全检测方法的优化提供理论依据,同时对储罐完整性检测技术的完善具有一定的指导意义。
This paper analyzes the corrosion characteristics,mechanism of atmospheric tank and advantages,disadvantages of several safety detection methods.The results show that the tank bottom corrosion is the most serious,the combined application of acoustic emission,magnetic flux and magnetic particle detection can provide the theoretical basis for the tank bottom safety detection method optimization,and can give a guiding significance to consummate the tank integrity inspection technology.
