摘要
不同于陆地稠油热采,海洋稠油热采规模开发作业将面临海洋腐蚀性环境、平台甲板面积受限、甲板单位面积载荷小等因素的制约。为保证海上稠油热采作业的安全实施,热采井口区布置为平台设计的关键。文章根据工程实际开发需求,以海洋热采井口区布置设计实例为基础,分析井口区相关布置的特殊性,并阐述影响海洋稠油热采平台井口区布置设计合理性的关键因素。
Unlike onshore heavy oil thermal recovery project,offshore thermal recovery mass production will face lots of restrictions,such as:the ocean corrosive environment,limited deck area and small deck load per unit area.In order to ensure the safe implementation of offshore heavy oil thermal recovery,the layout of the thermal recovery wellhead is the key to the platform design.According to the actual engineering development demand,take offshore thermal oil wellhead layout design as an example,analyze the particularity of wellhead layout,and expounds the critical factors influenced the rationality of the wellhead layout design for offshore thermal oil recovery platform.
