摘要
在石油天然气常输管道建设中,由于受到地形、自然腐蚀、以及施工技术等方面的影响,必可避免的会对管道防腐层造成不同程度的影响。为了降低管道外防腐层的损伤,很多工程都会采取向钻穿越方式进行施工。本文主要分析了了定向施工技术,总结了影响管道外防腐层损伤因素,并提出合理保护方案,希望给相关工作者带来一定帮助。
in the construction of oil and natural gas pipeline,due to the terrain,natural corrosion,and construction technology and other aspects of the impact,will inevitably cause different degrees of impact on the pipeline corrosion layer.In order to reduce the damage of the outer anti-corrosion layer of pipeline,many projects will adopt the way of drilling through to carry out construction.This paper mainly analyzes the directional construction technology,summarizes the factors affecting the pipeline external corrosion layer damage,and puts forward reasonable protection scheme,hoping to bring some help to the relevant workers.
