摘要
随着炼油与化工产业的布局与调整,我国炼化行业的发展得到了有力的推动,由于炼化行业在日常生产中具有较多的不确定危险因素,所以做好炼油化工装置基层班组的安全管理工作就显得尤为重要。5S管理模式是一套成熟的管理方法,将其应用在炼化装置基层班组日常管理中,可以有效提高装置现场管理质量和员工工作效率,为装置平稳运行和企业的良好发展提供保障。文章对5S管理模式进行了概述,分析了5S管理在基层管理中存在的误区,探讨了5S管理模式在炼化企业基层班组的应用效果,为炼化企业实施5S管理提供参考与借鉴。
With the layout and adjustment of oil refining and chemical industry,the development of China’s refining and chemical industry has been strongly promoted.As there are many uncertain risk factors in the daily production of the refining and chemical industry,it is particularly important to do a good job in the safety management of the grassroots teams of petroleum refining and chemical plants.5 S management mode is a set of mature management methods.Its application in the daily management of basic units in refinery and chemical plants can effectively improve the quality of site management and staff efficiency,and provide guarantee for the smooth operation of units and the sound development of enterprises.This paper summarizes the 5 S management mode,analyses the misunderstandings of 5 S management in the basic management,and discusses the application effect of 5 S management mode in the basic team of refinery enterprises,which can provide reference for the implementation of 5 S management in refinery enterprises.
