摘要
针对染料生产企业中喷雾干燥塔排放的尾气治理现状,文章介绍了一种臭氧催化氧化处理装置,可有效解决尾气中异味扰民、VOC偏高等问题。主要通过研究催化剂的类型、催化剂装填量、臭氧浓度、尾气流速、以及喷淋液类型对尾气处理效果的影响,确认最佳处理方案。
In view of the present situation of exhaust gas treatment in spray drying tower in dyestuff production enterprises,this paper introduces an ozone catalytic oxidation treatment device,which can effectively solve the problems of odor and nuisance in exhaust gas and high VOC.The optimum treatment scheme was confirmed by studying the influence of catalyst type,catalyst loading,ozone concentration,tail gas velocity and spray type on the treatment effect of tail gas.
