甲醇合成系统闪蒸气的回收与利用

摘要 甲醇合成过程所产生的闪蒸气中甲醇含量达到7%~9%左右,直接送至燃料管网和火炬燃烧过程中会造成很大的资源浪费和环境污染。文章给出的回收设计方案充分考虑了闪蒸气的组成及性质,在闪蒸气送往燃料管网前增加一台甲醇回收塔,利用甲醇易溶于水的性质,选择用较少量的脱盐水作为吸收剂。有效减少了闪蒸气燃烧过程中造成的资源浪费和环境污染,实现了企业增收和环境保护的效果,体现了良好的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。 The content of methanol in flash gas at the process of methanol synthesiscan reach 7%~9%,which had lead to seriousresource waste and environmental pollution,if it transport to the section of fuel tubenetwork and torch burningdirectly.After full consideration of the composition and the nature of flash gas,this design of the disposal program increases the methanol distillation column which construct before fuel tubenetwork,it is base on the methanol can be dissolved in water in unlimited amount,and can absorb the methanol use few salt water.It effectively reduces the waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by flash vapor combustion.it is also realized enhance enterpriseincome and environmental protection,it is produced a good embodiesenvironmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.
