氧化石墨烯对水生生物的毒性效应研究

摘要 文章选用模式生物大型溞从急性致死毒性和氧化损伤毒性两方面研究了腐植酸对氧化石墨烯毒性的影响规律。结果表明,当腐植酸浓度为25mg/L时,半数致死浓度值由84.2mg/L升高到111.4mg/L,氧化石墨烯对大型溞的急性毒性降低。当腐植酸浓度为10mg/L时,大型溞体内活性氧水平和超氧化物歧化酶活性降低,腐植酸表现出抗氧化作用。本研究为水质保护提供依据。 In this study,the acute toxicity and oxidative damage were conducted to investigate the toxicity of graphene oxide to Daphnia magna in the presence of the humic acid.Our results showed 25 mg/L HA mitigated the acute toxicity of graphene oxide as the 48 h-LC50 of graphene oxide increased from 84.2 to 111.4 mg/L.Furthermore,10 mg/L HA acted as a natural antioxidant by regulating reactive oxygen species level and superoxide dismutase.This study provided some basis in water quality protection.
