Antistatic Measures for Coating Manufacturing Enterprises

静电无处不在,防静电是危险化学品企业的重中之重。但由于静电看不见摸不着,往往容易被企业忽视。在中国,每年由于静电引起的危险化学品火灾或者爆炸事故时有发生。文章基于涂料生产企业的防静电工作,从静电概述及危害、生产过程中静电的产生,以及防静电措施等方面进行分析,为涂料企业防静电工作提供借鉴。

Static electricity is everywhere.Anti-static electricity is the most important thing in hazardous chemicals enterprises,but it is often neglected because static electricity cannot be seen or touched.In China,fire or explosion accidents of hazardous chemicals caused by static electricity occur every year.Based on the antistatic work of coating enterprises,this paper analyses the overview and harm of static electricity,the generation of static electricity in the production process,and the anti-static measures,so as to provide reference for anti-static work of coating enterprises.
