聚丙烯树脂灰分测量不确定度的评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Polypropylene Resin Ash Measurement

根据GB/T9345.1-2008《塑料灰分的测定第1部分:通用方法》测量聚丙烯树脂的灰分,建立数学模型,找出不确定度来源,分析了灰分测量的影响因素。依据JJF1059.1-2012对测量不确定度的各个分量进行计算,最后得到合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。通过比较各分量的大小,找出影响灰分测量的重要因素。

According to GB/T 9345.1-2008'Determination of Plastic Ash Part 1:General Method',the ash content of polypropylene resin was measured,the mathematical model was established,the source of uncertainty was found,and the influencing factors of ash content measurement were analyzed.According to JJF1059.1-2012,each component of measurement uncertainty is calculated,and finally the composite uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained.By comparing the magnitude of each component,the important factors affecting ash measurment are found out.
