过电缆封隔器坐封工具用于海上完井作业过程坐封过电缆封隔器。其工作原理是利用工具内的单流球座憋压使过电缆封隔器坐封,过电缆封隔器坐封完毕后,继续加压使球座剪切,导通油气生产通道。其作用在于增加泄油面积,保护电泵单流阀,节省钢丝投堵产生的费用,同时也可解决稠油井中后期修井前反洗不通的问题。

This ESP packer setting tool is used to set the ESP packer during offshore oil completion operations.Its mechanism is as following.The ball seat functions as a check valve to keep pressure on to set the packer and then keep increasing pressure to shear the ball seat to open the oil and gas channel.This tool helps to increase oil drainage area,protect the electric pump check valve,save the wireline operation costs and solve the problem of reverse circulation failure before the work over operation on heavy oil wells.
