摘要
常规固井质量仪器测量的曲线是井筒周围水泥胶结情况的平均反映,无法反映窜槽位置信息。分扇区水泥胶结测井仪(SBT)可组成6个双发双收阵列覆盖井周360°范围,每个阵列测量井周60°范围内的水泥胶结质量,能够探测窜槽位置,为油井射孔、压裂等后期作业提供了更准确的依据,该仪器在伊朗油田应用效果显著,已逐渐取代常规固井质量测井。
The acoustic wave amplitude measured by conventional cement quality checking tools cannot re?ect the location of channeling because it is just the average re?ection of cement bond condition around the wellbore.However,Segmented Bond Tool(SBT)contains 6 arrays of double transmitters and receivers.Each array measures the cement bond quality of 60°of well bore,thus totally 6 arrays covers the 360°of wellbore.It detects the location of channeling precisely and provides more accurate basis for the subsequent works such as perforation,fracturing,etc.The performance of SBT’s application in Iran’s oil?elds is remarkable and has been gradually replacing the conventional cementing quality logging.
