大型液化天然气接收站工程施工质量验收划分

近年来,中国对液化天然气需求量逐渐增加,液化天然气接收站项目得到了迅猛的发展。为推进大型液化天然气接收站建设工程质量验收工作的顺利进行以保证工程质量,需根据设计文件、相关验收规范对施工项目进行合理划分。文章结合大型液化天然气接收站项目结构和特点对储罐区、接收站工艺区、海水取排水区、行政办公及生活服务区的工程质量验收划分进行了阐述,为类似在建液化天然气接收站项目的质量验收划分提出建议。

China’s demand for liquefied natural gas has increased gradually,the LNG receiving station project has developed rapidly in recent years.In order to promote the construction quality acceptance of large LNG receiving station and ensure the quality of the project,it is necessary to divide the project reasonably according to the design documents and relevant acceptance specifications.Based on the structure and characteristics of LNG receiving station project,this paper expounds the quality acceptance division of storage tank area,receiving station process area,seawater intake and drainage area,administrative office and living service area,which can play a certain reference role for similar LNG receiving station project under construction.Finally,it calls for the formulation of quality acceptance standards for LNG receiving stations and the standardization of quality acceptance for projects under construction.
