滑套压裂理论介绍及端口优选实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 常规压裂技术面临压裂周期长、作业成本高、水砂浪费严重以及不能一次针对多地层压裂的问题,滑动套管分层压裂技术则大大弥补了这些缺点,现已被很多国内外油田采用,尤其是在低渗透油气藏开发应用上效果良好。参考国内外的相关研究文献,本篇论文从滑套压裂技术理论研究和实验等方面进行了调研,进行了滑套端口的设计和在无地应力(地面)条件下滑套端口参数对套管滑套压裂起裂压力影响的试验研究。分别从滑套端口的个数、长度、角度、形状、包裹材料以及水泥试件的高度、直径这些方面做了相关实验,分析了每个因素对起裂压裂的影响规律,根据实验结果,以降低起裂压力为目的,对滑套端口参数进行了优选。 Conventional fracturing technology is facing long cycle,high operation cost,severe waste of water and sediment,and can’t fracture more layer in the reservoir once,sliding sleeve layered fracturing technology is greatly make up for these shortcomings,has been adopted by many oil fields both at home and abroad,become the technology development of low permeability oil and gas resources effectively.Refer to the relevant domestic and international research literature,this thesis has done the theoretical and experimental research from the sleeve fracturing technology,makes the design of the sleeve ports parameters and does the experimental research to study how the sleeve ports influences the fracture initiation pressure of the sliding sleeve without far field stress(on the ground).The sleeve ports parameters includes the number,length,angle,shape,wrapping materials and the cement specimen height,diameter.It studies the impact of each factor on the fracture initiation pressure.Based on the results of the optimization experiment,in order to reduce the fracture initiation pressure,it gets the sleeve port parameters optimized.
