摘要 港口码头生产经营过程中存在着较大的危险性和不安全因素,其中发生船舶油污事故常伴随着大范围环境污染事故和火灾、爆炸等衍生事故。文章针对码头的安全评价强调,在定量分析时应重点分析溢油事故的影响范围;可通过OILMAP软件对燃料油的泄漏情况和气象条件进行事故模拟,其具有很强的实用性,可作为政府部门进行应急决策的辅助参考。 There are great dangers and unsafe factors during the operation of por.Leakage accidents from ship are often accompanied by large-scale environmental pollution accidents,?re,explosion and other derivative accidents.For the safety evaluation of port,the most important quantitative analysis is the area affected by oil leakage accidents.The accident simulation of oil leakage and meteorological conditions can be carried out by OILMAP software which has strong practicability.
