文章主要通过对对硝基苯胺精制工艺、分散橙288合成工艺改进等方面进行探索,探讨了蒸汽水量、硫酸用量对对硝基苯胺产物的影响,研究改进了分散橙288的合成工艺,最终制备得到环保型分散橙288。

In this paper,we mainly explored the re?ning process of p-nitroaniline and the improvement of the synthesis process of disperse orange 288.The effects of steam water amount and sulfuric acid dosage on p-nitroaniline product were discussed.The synthesis process of disperse orange 288 was improved and the?nal preparation was carried out.to Get environmentally friendly disperse orange 288.
