According to the requirements of the National current management of explosive chemical,highly toxic chemical and precursor chemical,this paper intends to perfect and establish a closed-loop management model for controlled hazardous chemicals in chemical laboratories of colleges and universities.While ensuring campus security and stability,the management level and running ef?ciency of experimental teaching and scienti?c research in colleges and universities are further improved.
