儿童胃镜检查的心理特征及护理干预

Nursing Intervention and Psychological Character of Children with Gastroscope Checking

目的 探讨胃镜检查患儿的就诊表现及心理特征 ,以及进行护理干预的方法。方法 以1 998～ 2 0 0 1年来我院行胃镜检查的 79例 4～ 1 3岁的患儿作为研究对象 ,观察患儿的就诊表现及心理特点 ,对不合作的患儿针对不同年龄层次的心理特点进行护理干预。结果 通过心理护理干预 ,患儿胃镜检查的合作程度较大提高 ,干预前后差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 在诊疗过程中实行相应的心理护理干预 。

Objective To study the psychological character and behavior of children with gastroscope checking and the methods of nursing intervention. Methods The behavior and psychological characters of children from 4 to 13 years old with gastroscope checking in our hospital from 1998 to 2001 were observed, and nursing intervention was given to uncooperation children according the individual psychological characters in different ages. Results The degree of cooperation of the children were improved after nursing intervention, and there was significance difference before and after nursing intervention (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological nursing intervention has the important affiliated role to change and stabilize patient's psychological characters and behaviors during their hospitalization.
