面向色纺过程的质量异常预警方法

Warning method of abnormal quality oriented colored spun process

为实现色纺过程质量的在线检测,对色纺纱成形过程质量的波动行为进行分析,并对影响质量波动的不确定因素的产生机理进行研究.结合田氏质量损失函数,从工艺参数设计角度理论探究质量特征值波动的机理.进而,利用灰关联分析方法,设计影响因素与纺纱质量之间的关联系数和关联度函数,提出一种色纺纱质量异常预警方法.实验与仿真结果表明,预警方法有利于实现色纺纱质量特征值波动规律的分析和各类不确定因素对色纺纱质量特征值影响的预警.

To realize online detection of quality of color spinning process ,the quality fluctuation behavior in the color spinning forming process is analyzed ,and the generation mechanism of uncertainty factors that affect colored spinning quality fluctuation was studied .And then ,ac‐cording to Tian′s quality loss function ,the mechanism of the quality characteristic value fluctu‐ation was explored from the perspective of process parameters design theory .Furthermore , through using the grey relational analysis method ,the correlation coefficient and correlation function between the influencing factors and spinning quality were designed ,and then a method of warning of abnormal color spinning quality was proposed .Experimental and simulation re‐sults show that the proposed warning method can facilitate the analysis of colored spinning quality characteristics value fluctuation regular and the warning of uncertainty factors effecting on colored spinning quality characteristics value ,and can provide the theoretical basis of intelli‐gent analysis of colored spinning quality and of improving resource utilization rate for China′s textile industry .
