摘要
分别采用氢氧化钠、硫酸、硫酸铜对脂肪族聚酰胺纤维进行处理,利用拉曼光谱测试仪获取处理前后的脂肪族聚酰胺纤维的拉曼光谱曲线,并进行分析与比较.结果表明,与未经处理的脂肪族聚酰胺纤维相比,NaOH处理的脂肪族聚酰胺在拉曼频移波数大于1 200cm-1时,出现了弱峰;H2SO4处理的脂肪族聚酰胺纤维在波数大于1 000cm-1时,拉曼谱峰消失;CuSO4处理的脂肪族聚酰胺纤维只是强度略微减小.碱处理能够激发脂肪族聚酰胺分子的高频振动模式,酸处理能够抑制脂肪族聚酰胺分子的高频振动模式,盐处理对脂肪族聚酰胺分子几乎没有影响.
Raman spectrometry was employed to study the characteristics of Raman spectra of aliphatic polyamide fibers,which were treated with sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid and copper sulfate respectively.Raman spectra were obtained in different conditions and the characteristics of the Raman spectra were analyzed.The results show that Raman peaks beyond 1 200cm-1appear for aliphatic polyamide fiber processed by NaOH,while the Raman peaks beyond 1000cm-1 disappear for aliphatic polyamide fiber processed by H2SO4.The intensity of Raman peaks decreased for aliphatic polyamide fiber processed by CuSO4.The sodium hydroxide treatment can inspire molecular mode of high frequency vibration,sulfuric acid treatment can restrain the high frequency vibration model of the aliphatic polyamide molecular,and salt almost has no effect on aliphatic polyamide fibers.
