掺镧锆钛酸铅铁电阴极电子发射(英文)

摘要 为了研究铁电阴极电子发射特性和阴极寿命,采用传统的氧化物固相合成法制备(Pb0.91La0.09)(Zr0.65Ti0.35)0.9775O3(PLZT 9/65/35)铁电陶瓷,利用丝网印刷技术制备阴极银电极.在38Hz的重复频率高压脉冲激励模式下研究铁电阴极发射电流随发射次数的变化关系,通过拍照和扫描电镜记录阴极样品实验前后其发射表面的宏观状态和微观结构.结果表明,铁电阴极的寿命超过4×106次发射,其表面被破坏的原因与在强电子发射过程中的等离子体形成有关. In order to study the electron emission characteristics and lifetime of the ferroelectric cathode,(Pb0.9 1 La0.09 )(Zr0.6 5 Ti0.3 5 )0.9 7 7 5 O3 (PLZT 9/65/35 )ferroelectric ceramic materials were prepared by conventional solid-phase synthesis process and silver electrodes patterns of ferroelectric cathodes were made by the silk screen printing technique craft.The relationship between the emission current excited by high-voltage pulses with a repetition frequency of 38Hz and launches was studied.The macro and micro structure of the cathode sample before and af-ter the experiments was recorded by taking pictures and scanning electron microscopy.The ex-periment results indicate that lifetime of PLZT 9/65/35 ferroelectric cathode exceeds 4 × 10 6 shots.The main reasons for the damage of cathode samples are the corrosion effect of surface plasmas formed in the process of strong electron emission.
