摘要
为了获得一种焙烘温度低,印花过程中不堵网的黏合剂,以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和苯乙烯(ST)为核单体,乙酸乙烯酯(VAC)、异辛酯(EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为壳单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,T-31为交联单体,过硫酸钠为引发剂,采用种子乳液聚合法,制备核壳型低温交联印花粘合剂乳液.通过研究核/壳单体质量比、乳化剂、引发剂、功能单体、交联单体质量浓度等对黏合剂乳液性能的影响,优化合成工艺.将该黏合剂用于涂料印花,焙烘温度低,色牢度好,堵网性能得到明显改善.
In order to obtain a kind of adhesive with low curing temperature and no-net-blocking in printing process,N-butyl acrylate(BA)and styrene(ST)are set as the monomers of core structure,ethenyl ethanoate(VAC),iso-octyl methacrylate(EHA)and methyl methacrylate(MMA)as the monomers of shell structure,acrylic acid(AA)as functional monomer,T-31 as crosslinking monomer,and sodium persulfate as initiator agent of preparing adhesive with coreshell structure and low crosslinking-temperature through seeded-emulsion polymerization method.The synthesis process is optimized by studying the impact of the mass ratio of core-shell monomer and dosage of emulsifier agent,initiator,functional monomer and crosslinking monomer on properties of adhesive emulsion.The result shows that using this adhesive in pigmentdyed,the cure temperature decreases,the fabric gets good color fastness,the performance of the net-blocking is significantly improved.
