摘要
建立具有饱和治疗率的H7N9型禽流感模型,研究媒体报道和饱和治疗对禽流感传播的影响.定义模型的基本再生数,利用V函数、Dulac函数和极限方程理论等对模型进行动力学性态的分析.证明当基本再生数小于等于1时,无病平衡点全局渐近稳定;当基本再生数大于1时,地方病平衡点全局渐近稳定.数值模拟验证了本文的理论结果.
The avian influenza(H7N9)model with saturated treatment rate is established,and the influence of media reports and saturated treatment on the spread of avian flu is investigated.The basic reproduction number of the model is obtained and the dynamic behavior is analyzed by using V function,Dulac function and the limit equation theory.The disease free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number is less than 1;The epidemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable if the reproduction number is larger than1.Furthermore,numerical simulation is verified the theoretical results.
