目的 研究评判性思维在护理书写中的应用。方法 运筹传统、经验与创新 ,用科学的思维指导实践。我们运用评判性思维指导护理书写改革和实践 ,博采众长 ,推陈出新 ,避免重复 ,深化“内涵” ,创新形式。结果 使护理书写操作方便、省时节力和规范有效。结论 评判性思维用于护理书写是可行的 。

Objective To study the Application of critical thinking in reformation of nursing writing.Methods By comprehensive utilization of the tradition, experience,innovation and scientific thought.The critical thinking was used to direct the reformation of nursing writing.Results The appliction of critical thinking make nursing writing operation feasible,effective and normal,also save time and manpower.Conclusions Critical thinking is feasible in nursing writing reform. and it has directive functions in practice.
