大肠癌发生过程中DNA修复能力的变化

摘要 本文用放射自显影方法测定MNNG诱发的非程序性DNA合成(UDS),研究DNA修复能力与大肠癌发生的关系。标本取自纤维结肠镜镜检病人。结果表明大肠腺瘤细胞参与UDS的细胞百分数和每个细胞的UDS水平均比正常大肠腺细胞降低。本文还表明UDS水平可作为预测大肠癌发生危险性的生物学指标。 The capacity of DNA repair is an important parameter for mutagenesis and Carcinogeensis The autoradiographic method was employed to study the correlation of the capacity of DNA repair and carcinogensis. The specimens were obtained by fibercolonoscopY. Individuals with adenomas had a significant reduced efficiency of DNA repatr compared to the nonadenoma group. both the percentage of cell carrying out UDS and the efficiency of DNA repair of the individual cell declined. Since adenomas of the large bowel are considered The premalignant leison for colirectal cancer, we postulate that the feduced DNA repair may play a role in the development of colorectaI cancer. The decline of DNA repair causes the accumulation of DNA damage and malignant transformation.
