先天性肺动静脉瘘

Congenital Arteriovenous Fisula of the Lung

26年中我院共收治了6例先天性肺动静脉瘘患者,5例行肺叶切除,1例行肺叶切除加另一叶部分切除。术后14年随诊除1例复发外其余无症状。作者认为诊断先天性肺动静脉瘘应以患者出现紫绀和静脉到肺门间的肺部影响为依据。术中应注意肺静脉的牵拉,以免引起血管的破裂。

During a 26 years period there were 6 cases of congenital arteriovenous fistulae of the lungs underwent surgery:lobectoniy in 5 cases, lobectomy and partial segmental resection in one case.Following up 14, years after surgery, the result were satisfactory except one patient with multiple listulae. We suggest that pulmonary arteriovenous fistulz should be diagnosed in patient with cyanosiss and pulmonary nodule without calcification. especially. the nodule connects a vessel to the hilum. The pulmonary arterioangiography makes correct diagnosis. During operation, attention should be paid on arnormal pulmonary venous drainage, careful disection and avoidance of disruption of the fistula.
