摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2/Sm3+下转换薄膜,利用其下转换特性将紫外光转换为可见光,提高了可见光光照强度。利用X射线衍射和荧光光谱对TiO2/Sm3+粉体进行了表征,并对TiO2/Sm3+下转换薄膜进行了荧光光谱测试和紫外-可见分光光度计测试。荧光光谱显示,TiO2/Sm3+薄膜在受到395 nm紫外光照射时可发射出540~600 nm连续波长的可见光,具有下转换特性。二层TiO2/Sm3+下转换薄膜的可见光透过率与单纯的TiO2薄膜基本相同,利用其下转换特性使电池短路电流提高了13.2%,光电转换率提高了16.2%。
TiO2/Sm3+ down-conversion films were prepared by Sol-Gel method for improving ultraviolet light conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells.TiO2/Sm3+ powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectroscopy,and TiO2/Sm3+ down-conversion films were tested by the fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.TiO2/Sm3+ film can emit 540- 600 nm visible light under 395 nm ultraviolet light excitation.Double-layer TiO2/Sm3+ downconversion film can keep a visible light transmittance comparable to that of TiO2 film.By using TiO2/Sm3+ down-conversion film,the short circuit current of the solar cell can be increased by 13.2% and photoelectric conversion efficiency by 16.2%.
