摘要 重影是阅读灯急需解决的一个重要问题。为了分析影响曲面底板配光的LED阵列照明重影的因子,采用Taguchi实验方法设计,并通过Trace Pro软件仿真实验,再运用ANOVA理论分析出因子对品质的影响程度,优化曲面底板LED阵列的各项结构参数。结果表明:最优化组合的最小重影为1.19 mm;LED芯片数量对重影宽度影响最大,占有50.17%的影响地位。进一步,为得到重影宽度更小的组合,可通过调小芯片与光轴夹角实现。 Multi-shadow is an important problem for the reading lamp. In order to analyze the control factors of the multi-shadow of LED array on the curved surface plate,some experiments were designed by applying Taguchi method and simulated via Trace Pro software. After that,ANOVA theory was integrated to evaluate the influence of the control factors to the illumination. So that the control factors can be optimized efficiently. The experiment results show that the number of LEDs is the main influence on multi-shadow( 50. 17%) and the optimum combination of minimum multi-shadow is 1. 19 mm. Furthermore,the best combination of the control factors can be obtained by adjusting the angle between the LED chips and the optical axis.
