介绍了物流供应链中需求放大效应(“牛鞭效应”)的概念,分析了国内成品油市场产生“牛鞭效应”的原因、代价并提出了解决问题的对策。
This article introduced the basic conception of amplification effect (bullwhip effect), analyzed the cause of the bullwhip effect in domestic product oil market, and suggested some measures to solve this problem.
