论我国民主党派监督职能的发挥

民主监督是我国民主党派的主要职能之一 ,但是目前这种职能并没有得到充分的发挥。要充分发挥这种职能 ,其前提是必须深刻认识民主党派实行监督职能的必要性和可能性 ,其关键是要建立一种能使监督者主动实行监督 。

Democratic supervision,one of the major functions in our country's democratic parties,hasn't been brought into its full play.To bring the function into its full play,the prerequisite is to understand profoundly the necessity and possibility of democratic parties in practising its supervision function,and the crux is to establish a mechanism that the supervisor can practise his supervision on his own initiative and the supervised has no choice but to accept.
